Prisoners

I attacked a village and 2 of my Equites Imperatoris were imprisoned. I have an option to disband, but I'm not sure what that does. A couple of questions:
The attack was on the Village of Black owned by Blackrov (265|29).
Help.
- What is disband?
- How did he take prisoners?
- How do I get my troops free?

Send a Normal Attack, Don't raid anyone who are "Gauls" stupid Prisoner crap, blah
And Disband means leave for dead. lol

If I send a normal attack, will that free my troops? Also, will it bring back resources?

If you have more troops than he has traps they will be freed on a normal attack. They will bring back resources if they are not under his cranny.

I did a normal attack and got my troops back and the resources.
